本课程为理解实体刑法奠定了基础. 探讨的主题包括刑事犯罪的一般要素, 犯罪当事人, 积极的防御, 以及早期犯罪的法律要素. 学生 will learn the legal elements of the following offenses: homicide; crimes against persons; crimes against property and habitation; crimes against public order, 安全, and morality; and finally, 反司法犯罪. 成功完成课程后, 学生将能够将实体刑法概念应用于事实场景，以确定适用的刑事指控和辩护.

先决条件: CJ100刑事司法或70学分的CIS数字取证轨道
